Rick Ross gave his first interview since his Oct. 14 seizures.  On Tuesday, Ross appeared on BET's 106 & Park to explain the health scare.

During a flight headed to Memphis, Ross fell unconscious immediately after takeoff, and paramedics had to resuscitate him. The plane was forced to make an emergency landing.

You might be surprised by what the doctors told 'The Boss', and by the announcement of a Ross and Jay-Z collaboration.

"It was a case of me not getting enough rest, enough sleep.  “I felt a little wore out but I felt like I could keep going. And I boarded a jet and I had another seizure and when I snapped out of that one, I woke up in front of doctor.”

He said that after testing for Cancer, Diabetes and HIV the doctor told him that he was totally healthy.

Have you seen Rick Ross lately?!  Would you ever describe him as totally healthy?

Rick did go on to reveal plans about an upcoming collaboration with Jay-Z.

“Me and Jay-Z finished the biggest collaboration that we’ve ever done together, for my album.
