Good news. After spending four days in the hospital, Rick Ross has been released and is at home on the mend.

The Miami rapper was released early this morning (March 5), reports TMZ, and will be receiving further in-home care.

As previously reported, Rozay was found unresponsive in his Miami home on Thursday (March 1). An ambulance was called around 3:30 a.m., with the person on the line describing the rapper as "slobbing from the mouth" and breathing heavily earlier that night. He was rushed to the hospital, where he allegedly received respiratory treatment for possible pneumonia.

Things appeared to go downhill after reports started to circulate that Rozay had been placed on a life support machine that was assisting with his heart and lung function. Those reports were denied by MMG artist, Fat Trel, who helped get the word out on social media. "JUS TALKED 2 MY BIG HOMIE... HE GOOD... HE IN DA HOSPITAL BUT HE IS NOT ON “LIFE SUPPORT” ... HE GOOD💯💯💯," Trel wrote on Instagram.

During the uncertain time, hip-hop artists hopped on social media to wish the Rather You Than Me rapper well, with everyone from Snoop Dogg, Missy Elliott, Gucci Mane, LL Cool J and Chuck D sending up prayers.

The health scare comes at a time when, outwardly, Ross looks to be the healthiest he's been in a while, after losing 100 pounds in recent years.

XXL has reached out to Rick Ross' team at Epic Records for a comment on his health status.
