Riding A Scooter Wearing Only Thongs And A Cape Is Perfectly Legal [Video]

A 56 year old man is known by most Madison Wisconsin residents only as 'Thong Cape Scooter Man!'  He recently had a brush with the law after choosing to ride his scooter in the wrong area.

The Police were called after 'Thong Cape Scooter Man' rode by when students were walking to the bus after school.  He told them he "exercised poor judgment by going by the school that time of day" and that it wasn't intentional.

Let's just straighten that out for a second . . . the thong, cape and scooter were all intentional, but riding it by the school was an accident?  Sounds about right.

After checking into it, cops realized he wasn't breaking any laws and was free to ride off.  If you ask me, the real crime is how this family chases down Thong Cape Scooter Man with their kids.
