Rihanna Spent The Night In A Swedish Hospital

She posted the picture to her Twitter account last night after being forced to cancel her show in Malmo, Switzerland.

She did file an official statement about the concert shortly after the tweet hit the web.

"I am sorry to everyone who was coming out to my show in Malmo Switzerland. I was so excited to perform for you all. It would have been a great time. So much better than being sick with the flu, ugh! I'm really disappointed I couldn't be there."

Rihanna is hoping to reschedule the show soon, but she will be regulated to bed until she is back to 100%.
