Sesame Street Accuser Recants Horrible Allegations

The Sesame Street Accuser has recanted horrible allegations of underage sex. The news broke recently that the man behind Elmo’s voice, Kevin Clash, had underage sex with another male. Everyone who heard the news was extremely shocked and hurt.
The news broke that the accuser was underage when the sexual activities took place. Clash immediately denied the allegations. Soon thereafter, reports of a racy email from Clash to the accuser was discovered. It didn’t look good for Clash or the Sesame Street brand.
News was released that the lawyer of the accuser released the following statement according to TMZ,
“[The accuser] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship. [The accuser] will have no further comment.”
There hasn’t been any word on why the statements have been recanted but it seems as though a settlement is in the works. It has become increasingly sad to that reputations are being ruined due to people making false allegations. When sexual allegations are made, we automatic believe they’re true. We never believe the person at the center of the allegations.
