Hatchimals were the most sought after gift this Christmas, but some parents are claiming that their Hatchimal is offering up some colorful language.

When the Hatchimals were first introduced, they were selling for around $60.  By the time Christmas came around, they were online for about $250!

Most kids opened their Hatchimal present, and spent the rest of the day anticipating the new pet.  When the pet was born, a few parents have complained about swearing that happened when the animal slept.

Hatchimal responded to the accusations saying,

Hatchimals communicate by speaking their own unique language, which is made up of random sounds, and by making other noises, including shivering when they’re cold and snoring while they sleep.

Most people think that the sleeping Hatchimal is saying "Hug me" but you'll have to watch the videos and decide for yourself.
