Marion “Suge” Knight’s girlfriend was sentenced for selling evidence that was sealed in the rap mogul’s murder trial.

On Thursday (Oct. 12), Toi-Lin Kelly pleaded no contest to conspiracy to violate a court order, according to Page Six. Back in July, Ms. Kelly was indicted by a grand jury for selling the hit-and-run video to TMZ for $55,000.

The video in question is the grainy surveillance footage that shows Knight mowing down two men with his truck in January 2016. One man died, and Knight is charged with his murder. The other victim was severely injured but survived.

A Los Angeles judge sentenced Ms. Kelly to 100 hours of community service. She must also pay $55,000 to a hamburger stand in Compton, Calif., that provided the surveillance video.

Meanwhile, Ms. Kelly’s business partner, Mark Blankenship, is also facing conspiracy charges, including conspiracy to obstruct justice and conspiracy to commit grand theft. His attorney had no comment on the matter.
