While on tour in Sydney, Australia earlier this month, rapper Swae Lee surprised two street buskers Jake and Freem. Impressed by the two teens' vocal skills, the Swae joined them for an impromptu performance of his chart-topping single “Sunflower” (sans Post Malone, of course).

Dressed in red joggers, a white tank top and sneakers, Swae performed alongside the duo as the crowd cheered them on. Swae even added some adlibs of his own while the kids recited his verse.

Not only that, Swae Lee even invited Jake and Freem to perform "Sunflower" at his concert that same night. The street performers posted a YouTube video of their street performance and thanking Swae for the opportunity.

In the description they wrote, "I wanna thank Swae Lee for making me and my lil bros dreams come true 🙏🙏🙏 One of our musical idols performing with us live on the streets of Sydney and taking time out of his busy schedule 🙏🚀 thanks big bro 🙏👊🏿 We feel so honoured and blessed to be given the opportunity to perform live wit you tomorrow night thanks 🙏 so much 😍 We will never forget this day 💕🔥🙏 Love your lil bros Jake and Freem 🚀😍👊🏿🌻[.]"

Props to Swae Lee for making two young kids' dreams come true.

"Sunflower," which is featured on the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse soundtrack, reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Songs chart. The achievement marks Post's third No. 1 single of his career and it's Swae's first chart-topper as a solo artist.
