T.I. Bothered by Funkmaster Flex's Recent Tupac Comments

Recently, Funkmaster Flex caused an uproar when he claimed Tupac actually shot himself on that fateful night in Quad Studios 23 years ago. The DJ didn't back down, and he eventually used his Twitter account to say 'Pac dug himself a hole beefing with New York City gangsters, and eventually paid the price.

T.I., who recently dressed as 'Pac to celebrate the rapper's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, isn't cool with Flex's comments. "Yo @funkflex Respectfully Bruh... on G-Code.... regardless of what YOU THINK the validity of your statement is, I was taught never to speak down on a dead man," Tip wrote in an Instagram post, which included screenshots of Flex's tweets.

He continued, "Considering they ain't here to speak up for themselves. When he was alive, you was on da air then....that was the time to address this. NOT HERE,NOT NOW,NOT LIKE THIS!!! And I'd say the same to a nigga from L.A. speaking on BIG."

There's always a chance Flex revisits his comments about 'Pac and offers up an apology, but we wouldn't count on it. After all, 'Pac did come at The Big Apple pretty hard after he was shot, and Flex has never been cool with that.

Considering just how beloved 'Pac was—and still is— we doubt Tip will be the last rapper to speak out about Flex's comments. You can see Tip's response to Flex for yourself below.
