It all started as a prank where the small Alaskan town of Bethel thought they were getting their very own Taco Bell store.

It turned out to be a hoax, but Taco Bell took the opportunity to do something very cool for the 6,000 people of the town.

Taco Bell winched an entire truck of goodness hundreds of miles into the town. The nearest Taco Bell branch is 400 miles away in Anchorage.

The package included flying 150lbs of cheese, 500lbs of sour cream, 900lbs of beef, 300lbs of lettuce and 300lbs of tomatoes all the way from Anchorage. All in all it was around 10,000 tacos for the town of 6,000 people.
