Just a couple of days ago, we learned that Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj were planning to team up at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, and tonight (May 19), they certainly delivered. The duo weren't afraid to get down and dirty onstage — Minaj even treated the New Orleans-based rapper to a lap dance!
