Sharon Simmons a 55-year-old grandmother is trying to become a member of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleading team. The woman is in shape… she has been competing in fitness competitions since turning 50 and has won nine of them. She has been working with a former Cowboys cheerleader on routines and fundamentals to help prepare for auditions in May.

America's strongest female cheerleader goes to the University of Georgia. Her name is Anna Watson and she loves spending time in the weight room. She can bench press 155 pounds, squat 255 pounds and dead lift 230 pounds. She added an impressive four inches of muscles on her arms in just 10 months.
