We all know that dirty cops do exist and there are plenty to go around but the question is, what can we really do about it? A video in here touches on how an officer was charged with drug possession, car theft, battery, and a whole list of crazy things and they still can't fire the guy! You would think the police chief would have fired this dude by now, but he can't. What!?
