It may have only taken ten years, but it looks like the playful rivalry between 'The Simpsons' and its sort of spiritual successor 'Family Guy' may finally be put to rest. While both FOX series have taken playful shots at one another over the years, the bridge has finally been built as 'Family Guy' creator and voice-artist Seth MacFarlane will lend his voice to an upcoming 'Simpsons' episode! Who might the golden-voiced 'Guy' play, and what does it have to do with 'Downton Abbey?'

Well, that didn't take very long, did it? While a few weeks ago most concerned themselves with petty matters like the Presidential election, the real story came out of Colorado and Washington, where a measure passed legalizing the sale of marijuana! While perhaps symptom of a delayed reaction (hint hint), it seems Hollywood has responded in kind by developing a FOX sitcom based on the legalizing movement! From the producers of 'Entourage' no less, could 'The Happy Tree' push the movement even further?

Mindy Kaling certainly got the ball rolling early by departing the NBC staple's final season for her own series 'The Mindy Project' on FOX, and many other 'Office' stars have movie careers to fall back on as well. One of the iconic 90's TV shows is coming back, as 'In Living Color' is set to return in the spring.

Damon and Keenen Ivory Wayans will host the first couple of episodes along with Jim Carrey. The three will also act as executive producers for the new episodes, but the rest of the cast will be new people.

I have good and bad news, one of my favorite movies of all times is becoming an animated series. Now the bad news, it's on FOX. Napoleon Dynamite will be the newest animated series it hit FOX this fall and you know how bad that station is with promoting a show. Remember they cancelled "Family Guy" only to bring it back because of it's record season 1 DVD sales.

I hope that whoever made that decision isn't still at FOX anymore, because this animated series looks pretty funny. Check out the clip below and cross your fingers that FOX doesn't screw this up!

Banned 2011 Super Bowl AD

Fox has banned a proposed Super Bowl ad from conservative comedy site JesusHatesObama.com.

The spot features two bobblehead dolls: one of Jesus, arms crossed in front of him and a furrowed brow, and a smiling President Obama. Presidential music plays, and the Obama doll falls into a fish bowl, with the implication that Jesus has caused him fall.

Fox reportedly deemed the ad unacceptable. Check it out
