February 3, 2012 J Cole is up for 'Best New Artist' at this years Grammy Awards, and many think he is a shoe in to win.
Cole doesn't seem concerned with the award though, he has other goals to pursue, like proving why he was the first artist signed to 'Roc Nation'.
February 1, 2012 J. Cole ended his January on a very good note as he killed the stage with 'The Roots' on Jimmy Fallon's show.
He performed his latest single 'Cant Get Enough' and genuinely hyped up to be there, as you can tell from his Twitter.

Jay-Z won't be a father until Febuary when his wife Beyonce will give birth to their first child, but Hov said running a label is a lot like fatherhood. If that's so, Jay has done pretty well with his first son J. Cole who in nominated for a Grammy this year and sold over 200k album in his first week.

J. Cole is coming off one of the biggest freshman debuts in recent memory along with just finishing up the U.S. side of his Cole World Tour. Cole will now head overseas for the rest of his year, but before he made the trip he dropped another video on us. Lost Ones, which Cole states at the beginning of the video was shot 3 years ago before he even had a deal.

J. Cole is set to release his debut album tomorrow titled "Cole World: The Sideline Story" and he dropped another video yesterday. Daddy's Little Girl is a track off the new album and Jay Z has said the entire project is an instant classic. I had the chance to listen to it this weekend and I have to say, I might agree with Hov.
