IIts crazy saying that Monte Morris is a former Beecher Point Guard, well its true, the hometown kid made his official arrival to Iowa State University in June. From the looks of it, he is making a smooth transition in preparation for an outstanding freshman season.

We're uber excited that for 'Man Man' and his stand out career at Beecher High School.  Yesterday it was announced that Monte Morris was awarded 'Mr. Basketball' for the State of Michigan.  The Beecher stand out player deserved to be named the best male basketball player in the state.
