A video posted on YouTube shows the stepfather of an underage girl violently spanking a 27-year-old he caught sleeping with her.
The video starts with the step-dad lying down on the ground showing the man how he wants him to lie down.
Then, he offers the guy either jail time for statutory rape and a ‘severe asskicking', or a ‘brutal spanking.'

One child had to scrub toilets for getting four tardies. And kids as young as second grade were scrubbing toilets. The school said
"that the children are never expected to clean the restrooms, but they are encouraged to do chores to help them care for the community."
