This kid is just an idiot in the first place, but he reminds me why tattoos are not for everybody. Or maybe he's just a little girl. Wait, take that back because I know plenty of women/girls who have tattoos and took it better than him. Now what I really wanna know is why the tattoo artist didn't slap this little kid. I would have tattooed "Shut up Punk" on his forehead.
