Bleach Balloons Thrown at Students of Color at University of Texas
October 4, 2012 Asian and Black students at the University of Texas have recently come under attack from a random group throwing bleach filled balloons. YOu would think that in 2012 all this silly racism would be dead.
Apparently not...
