Tennessee Student Sets Teacher Hair on Fire During Class

Earlier this week a Tennessee student set his teacher's hair on fire during class and was later arrested.  What is the world coming to?

Gabriela Peñalba, a science teacher at West High School in Knoxville, hair and back was ignited by a student who quietly got behind her while her back was towards the classroom. Students from the class quickly put out the fire which saved the 23 year old teacher from suffering serious injuries.

The unidentified student was confessed to the crime after being interviewed by the police.  The 15 year old student was charged with evading arrest and aggravated assault.
