The Food Bank of Eastern Michigan is delivering healthy food to combat the effects of the Flint Water Crisis to residents in need.

The Mobile Food Pantry has been running thanks to $300 Million dedicated to fighting the long-term health issues that stem from the Flint Water Crisis. The mobile pantries have been especially useful in areas of Flint where grocery stores have closed their doors.

The point is to get healthy foods in the hands of the people that need them the most. The Food Bank just announced their October schedule. You can see it on their website here, along with information about helping with the food distribution.
