The Game Threatens to Break Star's Jaw Over His Flippant Remarks

The Game may have reignited a feud with former radio personality Star who currently is the co-host of Complex’s web show Everyday Struggle. Apparently, the Compton rhymer was not amused by Star’s remarks that he's not a lyrical rapper.

As spotted by Rap-Up, Game was being interviewed by 16 Bars TV when the topic came up about whether or not he passed “the torch” to fellow Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar. They let Game watch a snippet of the Everyday Struggle segment where Star questioned Game's lyrical abilities.

“Game had lyrics?” he asked. “Game had rhyme quotables? Look me in my face. Are you serious? Give me a Game rhyme quotable...Game ran around with a big-ass N.W.A tattoo, perpetrating a fraud. I’m being objective. This is not no sucka shit comin’ at him.”

After watching the segment, Game brushed off Star's comments but also delivered a veil threat to the opinionated rap pundit.

“Everybody’s entitled to their opinion,” he said. “If he don’t feel like I passed anybody the torch or I don’t have any quotables or I never had lyrics, that’s his opinion."

"As far as him saying it on a show with cameras and far away from Game’s face is another thing," he continued. "He wouldn’t say that in my face, because I would probably break his jaw in a hundred million places and I’m on probation."

“This is the time, now to attack Game and provoke Game. But you’re not gonna do that," he added. "I got, like, probably another year and a half on probation. Then, I can whoop your ass and get back on probation, and I won’t be able to go to jail for that. Just give me a little time and keep on talking, disrespecting Game’s name, and we’re gonna get back to what Game do."

The Game and Star's long-standing feud dates all the way back to 2006 when Star was on Power 106. During his morning program, Star threatened DJ Envy's wife and children, as well as "threatened to sexually abuse his daughter." He was subsequently fired from his job and arrested.

A decade later, during an interview with Power 105.1's TheBreakfast Club, DJ Envy thanked Game for having his back. “Who was the dude on the radio out here? I told him, I was like, ‘I’ll break your jaw, dude.’ I’m still gonna break his jaw when I see him,” Game responded. “I never seen him since then. But I got you. We was fathers at that time, really on our parent stuff."

Star would later sued The Breakfast Club for $10 million over the interview, according to TMZ) accusing iHeartMedia and Revolt of promoting threats to his life.

Star has yet to comment on Game's remarks about him, but we can expect to hear him saying something on Everyday Struggle this coming Monday (March 19).
