The George Zimmerman VS. DMX Celebrity Boxing Match Is What’s Wrong With America [Video]

DMX has officially been named George Zimmermans opponent in an upcoming "celebrity" boxing match, and I just want to point out that this is exactly what's wrong with our country.

Here is the major contradiction with this event.

Most people will complain about the fact that Zimmerman is being turned into a celebrity for killing an innocent teenager.  Others will argue that DMX is a convicted felon who can't keep himself out of jail, and doesn't deserve a celebrity label.

Despite the fact that both sides are 100% right, this match will happen, and organizers are going to make a boatload of money off of it.  Even though everyone agrees that Zimmerman should just go away, more than 15,000 people applied to step into the ring with him!

FIFTEEN THOUSAND PEOPLE APPLIED TO FIGHT GEORGE ZIMMERMAN!

People say and do different things.  People say that Zimmerman shouldn't be given celebrity status, BUT they will watch this fight.  Maybe not when it happens, but you know damn well that they will find it on YouTube.

DMX promises to beat the s#*t out of Zimmerman, but that's not the point.  The point is that this show of stupidity is ACTUALLY GOING TO HAPPEN!

The official announcement of location and time is coming in a press conference next Wednesday, so there is still time to call this mistake off.

The best thing that could happen is that nobody watches, and everyone involved loses all of their money.  If people were to actually put together some type of game involving people like this, then is should be a 'Running Man' or 'Hunger Games' style thing.
