The Los Angeles Clippers Have Been Purchased By Steve Ballmer for $2 Billion

We can now place Donald Sterling in the past because the Los Angeles Clippers have been purchased by Steve Ballmer for $2 billion.  The racist shadow of Sterling has been officially removed. 

Just last week Donald surrendered the team to his wife.  Shelly Sterling and her lawyers have been taking bids for the team and now have a winner.  Just before midnight on Thursday, the deal was inked.  The NBA has to approve it to make it super official.

The Sterling family name will only be history for the Clippers organization.  Ballmer has vowed to keep the team in LA even though he's a Seattle, Washington resident.  Good job.
