Any good free throw shooter will tell you that the key to making the shot from the charity stripe is repetition.  Doing the right thing over and over again until you almost do it automatically.  This guy looks like he may have never tried shooting a free throw in his life.

The Appalachian State player might never live this terrible shot down.
