Three Northern Michigan Men Arrested For Sexual Relations With Teenage Girl

Grand Traverse police say they were notified of the crimes in September.

Three men have been arrested and charged with engaging in sexual relations with a teenager and other sex crime charges.

The incidents took place from March to September in 2016 at various locations.

Although the acts were consensual, the sheriff's office says the girl was not old enough for legal consent.

One of the suspects (Dustin Kantz) turned himself in at the end of January and was charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the third degree. Cody Fessler turned himself in earlier this week and was charged with fourth degree sex crimes.

The Grand Traverse Police are still working on arresting the third suspect (Brandon ZImmerman) for third-degree sex crimes.
