Toronto Mayor Rob Ford Admits Smoking Crack During Drunken Stupor [Video]

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has finally admitted that he smoked crack cocaine after police revealed that they have video of him doing it, but do you think that would lead to a resignation?  Think again!

During a hastily-arranged press conference, Ford said, "Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine," adding he had done so "probably during one of my drunken stupors."

However, Ford was quick to add he is neither a drug addict nor an alcoholic and that he has no plans to step down.

The Mayor basically shut the door on any more questions early in the interview, and said he wasn't resigning.  I'm not sure what else a reporter could ask after his statements other than, "Really?!"
