Usher Parks In Handicap Spot, Gets Called Out [Video]

Usher was in Atlanta last weekend for an appearance at a Halloween parade.  Everything was going good until he parked in a handicapped spot.

A woman took it upon herself to explain to Usher that he could not park there.

Apparently her version of "explaining" is yelling, pushing and almost starting a fight.  Check out the video from TMZ.com below.

The woman was eventually dragged away by her boyfriend, and Usher moved his car shortly after.

Word has it that Usher was overheard saying that he wasn't scared to fight a girl . . . that's not true.  He's probably incredibly scared to fight a girl.
