Flint's Vice Carter is an emcee that stops at nothing to get his work out to the people.

Vice Carter released the 'God Of Blue 2' mixtape earlier this year, and is set to do back to back shows in next week. The emcee is not only performing for the city, but also is releasing a special dedication to the legendary Wu Tang Clan with his 'The Art Of Wu' project. Whats special about the project is only 9 copies will be handed out, and you have to attend the show to register to win a copy.
