Victor Martinez Pulls Some Pinch Hit History To Start The Season [Video]

V-Mart is starting off the 2016 season off on a good note by doing something that hasn't been done in baseball since 1914.

Victor Martinez started off the 2016 season with back to back pinch hit homeruns in the Tigers first two games.

Things got scary in the first game, where the Tigers bullpen almost blew a great game.  Things got a little more steady in game number two, where V-Mart did his thing again.

Who knows if anyone has ever hit three pinch hit homeruns in the first three games?  We don't have to worry about that because V-Mart will be back in the lineup as the DH for the Tigers home opener on Friday against the Yankees.

Speaking of the home opener, if you have tickets, you should probably pack a parka.
