With all of the tragedy and hardship in Flint, Claressa Shields remains a symbol of pride and hope for Flint.

We've said for a long time that she doesn't get nearly the amount of publicity that she should for her accomplishments.

This E:60 documentary from ESPN really does a good job of shining the spotlight on Shields.  Showing her great accomplishments, but also taking time to emphasize how much harder Shields had to fight, just because she is from Flint.

Along with the Powerade ad below, it looks like Shields is finally starting to get her share of the spotlight.  All we can do is keep rooting on one of our own.  Good luck in Rio Claressa, we'll all be right her behind you in Flint!
