WestJet has officially won Christmas and the Internet with their goodwill promotion that they have titled 'Real Time Giving.'  The utter shock on passengers faces as they see their Christmas wishes answered is what the season is all about.

Any budding ad executives that might happen to be watching this video should definitely take note.
