Now that the Flint water situation is finally starting to be corrected, many people are turning their focus on who should be held responsible.

Former emergency manager, Darnell Early, wrote an open letter to the Detroit News this week with one simple message, "Don't blame me!"

Early was overseeing all of the decisions for Flint at the time of the water switch, and publicly endorsed it.  So shouldn't he shoulder most of the responsibility?

Unfortunately, it's not that easy to point the finger.  With new information being released all the time, it looks like many people missed many warning signs about switching to the Flint River.

The blame will definitely touch Early, but will most likely go as high as Governor Snyder as well.  The Flint water task force will have to sort through piles of information to figure out where to point the finger.

Who do you think should be held primarily responsible?
