Alex Da Kid has recruited Wiz Khalifa for a unique collaboration. The producer pairs the Pittsburgh rapper up with the X Ambassadors and Elle King on a single called "Not Easy."

"By definition, my role as a producer is always collaborative," Alex Da Kid said of the track. "I knew that when I put out my first single as an artist, I'd want to collaborate with an unexpected combination of amazing talent, so Wiz, Elle and X Ambassadors were perfect. We each brought very different perspectives and life experience to the song and the subject of heartbreak, which is what I think makes the track work so well."

Wiz Khalifa fits right in on this Alex Da Kid song about tough times. The Taylor Gang boss spits about the humble beginnings of his career and emphasizes that he cannot slow down.

"We started small and conquered it all/Came from nothing, but knew we would ball/Some looked at us and said we would fall/We tryna to do it big like no one done it before/I remembered that hole in the wall/12 of us in the bus, we was all going hard/Waiting for hard work to pay off/They'll come and take your spot if you take a day off," Wiz raps.

Wiz Khalifa and the Taylor Gang just dropped their TGOD Volume 1 mixtape. The project is loaded with an impressive lineup of contributors including Juicy J, Ty Dolla Sign, Project Pat and Casey Veggies.
