A woman who was arrested for stealing an ambulance acted completely clueless after being arrested by police. In the video you can see the woman ask the police officer what happened and after hearing that she stole an ambulance she responded with "Oh"

Although this could be caused by mental issues, this could also be an example of why drugs are bad.
