Young Thug was in California on Monday (March 14), not to celebrate Pi Day, though that wouldn't really shock anyone, but rather to play a show at The Observatory in Santa Ana. During Thugger's set, the Rich Gang tune "Lifestyle" began to play as is likely common at a Thug show, but the song's introductory ad libs inspired a bit of distaste from the evening's performer.

"Hey, fuck Rich Homie," Young Thug repeatedly says as the "Rich Homie, Thugga Thugga in this mothafucka'" lead-in to the song plays. Thug doesn't seem too bothered by Quan's sonic appearance, as he gears up to dance across the stage as soon as the beat transitions into the song's Thug sung chorus.

The two rappers who once came together under Birdman's benevolent wing to create Rich Gang: Tha Tour Pt. 1 have been at odds seemingly ever since, with Quan telling a fan in December, "Back your ass up, looking like Young Thug with your gay ass." Thug himself had dissed Quan on stage before, calling his former partner in crime "bitch homie quan" while on tour with Travis Scott in March of 2015. Quan in turn told ESPN’s Highly Questionable that he was hurt by the diss, saying, "Not hurt as in I’m gonna cry, but dog, bro, I would never disrespect you, point blank period, especially when we have each other’s numbers. There’s certain stuff you do and certain stuff you don’t do."

The comment isn't exactly consistent with Quan's December remarks but the tension between these two isn't as easy to distill as say Thug's beef with The Game. Either way, peep the on-stage footage above and day dream of a Rich Gang sequel that sees Quan and Thugger bury the hatchet in the name of Birdman drops.
