While some of today's hottest MCs can quickly sway the game in their direction with one album, that hasn't always been the case. Many of their predecessors and seasoned peers had to churn out album after album in efforts to acquire regard for their artistry and they have the catalogs to prove it. There are rappers who have been in the game for 20 years-plus who have put out albums almost every year they've been around—take a look at E-40.

After debuting his first solo album, Federal, in 1993, E-40 has been on a rampage when it comes to albums. To date, the Bay Area ambassador has released over 25 albums—23 of them solo albums.  According to the RIAA, E-40 has sold millions of records, receiving a host of platinum and gold plaques. While E-40 hasn't dropped an LP since 2014, he's currently in the process of releasing two additional albums this year. His new albums, Book 1 and Book 2, will be available Nov. 18—E-40's grind never ceases.

Tech N9ne is another rapper who has a vast catalog of albums. Since unveiling The Calm Before the Storm in 1999, Tech has dropped 15 additional LPs.
