It looks like 50 Cent will be headed back to court. The rapper-actor is facing a lawsuit by a women he allegedly punched during a recent show.

If you recall, 50 was performing a show in Baltimore with Uncle Murda when he started looking for a female to get up onstage and twerk it for the crowd. When the G-Unit honcho extended his arm out he was grabbed and pulled into the crowd by an overzealous fan. In the video above, it looks as if 50 was startled and reacted by throwing a punch, which apparently landed on a woman’s chest.

Backed by her law firm, a woman named Donnetta Derr, told TMZ that she will filed a lawsuit next week against 50 Cent and the venue, Baltimore Soundstage. Her attorney, Warren Brown, claims Derr was injured and went to the hospital the following day. Afterward, she hired an attorney.

Now in the video, Derr jumped on onstage and twerked her booty for the crowd, which led people to believe that she was okay. But it appears that was not the case. Brown calls 50 Cent’s conduct during the incident “cowardly.”

Brown didn’t reveal how much Derr was seeking in terms of monetary damages. Reps for 50 Cent had no comment on the matter.

What do you think? Does Donnetta Derr have a legal case or is this a money grab. Tell us in the comments below.
