When most adults reach the twilight of their lifetimes, they tend to slow down and cast athletic activities aside. Ninety-year-old William Bell is not one of those people.

Bell (who is the father of 1984 Olympian pole vaulter Earl Bell) is a world-record pole vaulter himself and is still shattering records to this day. William currently holds the record for vaults in the 75-79′s/80-84′s/85-90′s age groups.

In the below video, Bell attempts a world-record vault of seven feet and two inches at the age of 90.

William’s world record vault shattered the previous record by almost a foot.
