Celebrating the 25th Anniversary Of Dr. Martin Luther King Day

After almost 50 years the words of Dr. Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream" speech are as important as ever.  Take a minute today to hear the words, and celebrate the life of a great American.  You can watch a compressed version of the speech below.

There are plenty of events today in honor of Dr Martin Luther King.  Here are a few:

A new exhibit opens Monday at the Sloan Museum in Flint entitled "Martin Luther King and Fair Housing in Flint" and UM-Flint students and faculty will take part in a Day of Service.

There will be a youth march in Saginaw at 10 a.m. which ends with a presentation at the Dow Events Center.

Northwood University is having a special Martin Luther King Luncheon at 11:30 a.m.
