Jevons Brown became frustrated while trying to find a job, and decided that sending every employer that passed on him a package of cat poop was the perfect way to get even.

Brown is a veteran who had been looking for work for a while, and became increasingly frustrated after getting no response.

The St. Louis post office tracked 20 packages sent from Brown to people that contained the cat poop.  Brown eventually plead guilty to a misdemeanor and was sentenced to two years probation.

I'm not sure what makes me laugh more about this story though . . . The visual of this guy packing up cat poop in his living room or the faces of the people that open the letter!
