Update: Leyton announced that Colton's boyfriend and father of her three children, Henry Connor, will be charged in her murder. He is expected to be arraigned today.

Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton will hold a press conference this morning related to the case of Tanisha Colton, the 27-year-old Flint woman who had been reported missing by her family in mid-March. Almost two weeks later, Colton's body was found in Monroe County on March 25th along a roadside.

Between the time that Colton was reported missing and when her body was found,  searchers canvassed streets and neighborhoods around the area she had last been seen.

Colton's boyfriend and father of her three children was brought in for questioning. He told authorities he picked her up from work at Heritage Manor Healthcare in Flint Township. He was later taken into custody for questioning and then temporarily jailed for unpaid child support before being released.

Authorities had been treating the case as a homicide. The press conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. this morning.
