Azealia Banks drops a new track called Yung Rapunxel and it has me wondering,WTF did I just watch?

Going into this video I was expecting something a bit more smooth like her other video '1991' were she dresses up like a young Aaliyah and spits some nice bars. Going into this video I was completely caught off guard! I have no idea what message shes trying to get across.
