Beyonce Generously Gives $7 Million to Housing Complex for Houston’s Homeless

This is will upset the haters.  Beyoncé has generously donated $7 million to build a housing complex for Houston's homeless population.  While working hard on the 'On The Run' tour, Mrs. Carter found another way to give back to her hometown.  

Bey's Pastor from the church she grew up in has gone public to reveal her latest donation. Last month the 32 year old singer gave $500k to Chime For Change organization and now her hometown is the focus of her latest love gift.

Mrs. Carter's spiritual leader told KHOU about the recent donation to his church to continue to take care of the residents of Houston.

“She has a global platform and is doing some amazing work and I’m glad she’s a friend of mine.”

Rasmus said Beyonce and her family have donated millions to the church to help house the homeless and feed the poor.

“She’s an incredible human being. Has an incredible heart and has been extremely helpful in our mission and our ministry here.”

It’s a ministry Beyonce has been a part of since she was just a young girl.

We're excited to see the mega star use her celebrity to help the less fortunate.  I think it makes it extremely easier to support a celebrity when you they are willing to give back.  Regardless of the good deeds, headlines and rumors will always sway the gullible fans in the wrong direction.
