Beyoncé may not be making music right now, but she’s still securing the bag. The R&B queen recently sold her New York condo for almost $10 million, according to Variety.

The R&B mom originally purchased the pad back in 2005 for $5 million. She sold it to a mysterious corporate entity for her asking price of $9,950,000. So if you do the math, Bey almost got more than double of what she initially paid for it.

The condo is located in Midtown Manhattan and boasts three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The entire place is decked out in dark chocolate stained white oak floorboards and floor-to-ceiling windows that provides a bird’s eye views of Central Park and the Upper East Side. There’s a living and dining room that has been combined along with a separate state-of-the-art kitchen that features Italian stone countertops and imported German cabinetry. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast balcony with open views of the city.

Finally, the condo is in a secured and discreet building with a 24-7 doorman and personal concierge. There’s also a fitness facility, business center and a children’s playroom. So yeah, this place is luxurious.

Beyoncé's real estate deal follows her recent acquisition of a gorgeous property in the beachside community of East Hampton, N.Y. Her and hubby, JAY-Z, purchased a $26 million mansion in the Hamptons, which boasts seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The home also features a 18,000 square-foot guest cottage that includes a workable kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Overall, Bey and JAY, along with their children, will have plenty of fun summers in the Hamptons once they have settled in.
