At first glance, it seems like Mrs. Carter was irritated after she verbally responded to the Roc Nation CEO. Then the superstar singer started swaying back and forth as if she was irritated. Oh yeah, they are human too.

Jay Z didn't seem to feed into the situation much which probably diffused the situation.
