A small army of celebrities congregated in a Vegas hotel Saturday night (Nov. 3) for one seriously glitzy birthday party -- and the guest of honor was someone you've probably never even heard of.

A portion of the VIPs in attendance included Britney Spears, Kanye West, Robert De Niro, Tobey Maguire, Jamie Foxx, Benicio Del Toro, Zack Galifianakis, Ludacris, and Kim Kardashian, but the man of the hour was a Chinese billionaire known as 'Jay Lo.'

Oh No They Didn't! reports that security was even tighter than you'd expect, with guests having to make their way through four checkpoints and a strict no-photo policy enforced. And while going through all that trouble, everyone was required to show up in formal garb: "Everyone, including celebrities and talent, were required required to wear either a tuxedo or a red dress."

But it was worth it for the famous faces in attendance -- and not only because of the incredibly ostentatious touches, some of which reportedly included acrobats, Oompa Loompas, and bottles of Cristal served from a bar carved out of solid ice.

Entertainers were also well-compensated, including party emcee Jamie Foxx and performers such as Q-Tip and Busta Rhymes. Last but not least: Britney, who was on hand to sing 'Happy Birthday.' A serenade from Ms. Spears is a tough act to follow, but the biggest gift of the night may have been the Bugatti Veyron that one of Lo's friends is said to have given him -- a $2.5 million car that boasts nearly 1,200 horsepower and a top speed of nearly 270 miles per hour.
