DaBaby is dropping a new album this week.

After leaving fans guessing for hours on Tuesday (April 14), DaBaby has confirmed that he will be releasing a new album titled, Blame It on Baby, this Friday. Baby made the official announcement via an informercial parody video uploaded to his Instagram page Tuesday evening.

“Have you been in any type of accident at any point in your life and suffered physical or emotional injuries of any kind? If so, you can blame it on baby,” the clip begins. The visual then shows people offering testimonies of unfortunate events that have happened in their lives, as they place blame on the North Carolina rapper.

Towards the end of the video is when it's confirmed that Baby is dropping an album. "Starting this Friday, when his new album drops, stop stressing and blame it on baby,” the voiceover in video says. The clip closes out with a snippet of a record, which will likely appear on the album. "I’m like fuck it, let the beat build nigga/I do my own thing ain’t worried ‘bout how he feel, nigga/let’s go,” Baby raps on the song.
