Dej Loaf heads down to South Florida to find some love on her new track. The Detroit rapper's latest record "Miami" sees her being incredibly open about a romance she's having in the Magic City.

"Chilling on the beach in MIA, drinking Hennessey/You don't drink Hennessy, I know that you feeling me/Take your clothes off baby, see your soul all naked/We in the water tripping bae, my car's all crazy," Dej Loaf raps.

Dej Loaf clearly has plenty of admirers out there. But one can assume that Dej Loaf is rapping about Lil Durk since they are currently in a relationship. As the Michigan native told XXL last year, she's all about be honest in her lyrics.

"My lyrics are real. I don't go for punchlines and all that little stuff," Dej Loaf said at 2015 Freshman cover shoot. "I really tell you how I feel in the moment. So, a lot of my music is just real. It's relatable. I do a lot of melodic stuff, but when it's time to rap, I can rap."

It's possible that "Miami" is a preview of Dej Loaf's debut album for Columbia Records. The "Try Me" artist is said to be currently working on the LP, so it seems likely this track was made during those recording sessions.

Dej Loaf has already put out one project in 2016 with her All Jokes Aside mixtape. If you missed it back in April, check out the stream and download via this link.
