Jay Z has been hinting that a new album could drop this year, and now some details are starting to come forward.

This would be the first solo album since 'The Blueprint 3' dropped in 2009.

'Young Guru' has been a sound engineer for Jay for quite a while, and says that the new album is not a concept album, but it is driven by a concept.

"Jay-Z is always working on stuff, it's a concept that I can't talk about but I'm marveled at how smart this guy is. When he told me the concept, I was like 'Why didn't I think of that?' It was just so simple"

Guru also leaked that the album has a title, but was stingy with any other details, only saying that people would love it.
